Raw vegan diet

Human species is actually a tropical species and the body of a human is that of a frugivore. Wish this was teached to everyone at school. As it is of utmost importance for true health. What anyone chooses to eat after knowing this is then up to the individual and i wouldn´t judge anyone.

Why are we frugivores:
-We look nothing like herbivores and you can have a hard time digesting too many vegetables(herbivores have multiple stomachs and much longer intestines to be able to efficiently digest all the vegetable matter, we do not - and cannot).

-In fact human species is a frugivory species, we are meant to(by the design of the body) be mostly, if not only, eating fruits. The lenght of our intestines is the same as that of other frugivores, shorter than the herbivores, longer than the carnivores and omnivores*. Our hands are made for picking up berries/fruits. Our eyesight - it is easy for us to notice the vibrant colours of fruits. Our teeth are like that of a frugivore. Our stomach acid is much weaker than that of a carnivore/omnivore and we cant digest bones like they do. We don´t have much outside of our skin, the optimal temperature for us is about 27c if i remember correctly, which makes us tropical.

*Carnivores intestine lenght = 1.5 - 3 times body lenght, omnivore = 3 times body lenght, herbivore = 20 times body lenght, frugivore = 9 times body lenght( Human = 9 times the body lenght). The reason why this is so important factor is that if you eat like a carnivore/omnivore, the food takes way too long to go through your system - it starts to putrefy - creating all kinds of problems. Eating like that you might notice that you will stink much more.

About how the body works:
-All meat, dairy, cooked food, beans and grains have acidic effect on the body.

-All fruits and most vegetables(watery ones are better[easier to digest] like cucumbers) have alkaline effect on the body.

-Every cell in the human body produces waste as every cell is living - this waste(ph 3) is moved out by the lymphatic system(also known as the immune and sewer system of the body) to the lymph nodes - bacteria in the lymph nodes processes the waste raising its ph to 6 - this waste is then moved to the kidneys to be filtered out - pee. (Antibiotics kills the good bacteria in the lymph nodes causing many problems, as the body is then unable to move the waste out properly.)

-If on top of this normal function your diet is acidic it then in time makes the entire lymphatic system too acidic and stagnant - body now has a hard time in moving its own acidic waste out of the body - causing pain(acids burn) - in time the accumulated acids start to damage the cells - cancer(it is only a name for a damaged cells, thats it[Body protects the other cells by closing these acids together]).

-Just by changing your diet to the other side of chemistry(fruits) - to one thats more harmonius to the human species - makes it all go away and the body heals itself.

-At first some symptoms may get worse( as the body has to first remove what is weak in order to rebuild it stronger).

-Also the only foods that have a correct bowel transit time for a human body is fruits and some vegetables(The time that it takes for the food to pass through your entire digestive system, its very different for different foods. This is why carnivores have much shorter digestive system).

-Herbs can be very beneficial aswell for us, especially while detoxing.

-Nuts are ok/great in moderation, but only if the body is healthy. Should have none while detoxing.

About b12:
If we hadn`t damaged the bodies by eating wrong foods for lifetimes, then additional b12 might not be needed. As it is normally produced by the bacteria in the gut(when the gut and the body is really healthy and works properly). You can get this bacteria on the skin of an apple for example, but it can be hard to find fresh ones from the tree that are organic. So much chemical use these days. So supplementation with b12 is pretty much needed.

About the protein:
The body can´t even use protein as it is, it first has to process it into amino acids and then use the amino acids to build the body. Fruits contain all the amino acids we need. For example for a bodybuilder who needs a lot of amino acids, much better choice would be to eat plenty of something like alfalfa(a plant) that has its protein/amino acids in an alkaline form(as a powder for easier digestion).

About sugars:
Pretty much all the studies have been done with processed sugars(acidic), not natural sugars found in fruits(alkaline). So they are meaningless.

How to:
-Depending on how healthy you are now has a big effect on how easy it is to change. Good way to start is by having your first and last meals of the day to be only fruits. The first one at least, if nothing else.

-It may be more natural to eat your meals only on 9-12h time period, letting the body rest for the other 12-15h(Having only water, during this time).

-Also i think its important to mention, that for the first 3-5 days eating nothing but fruits, when the digestive system clears all the other stuff out, you will get a lot of cravings. A lot. But if you stay with it you won`t after that. Real hunger is not felt in the gut, but in the mouth(feeling full in the gut is just something you may have gotten used to).

-If you just have eaten something cooked, you may not want to eat fruits straight after. Fruits go through the system much faster, which means it catches up with the other foods, possibly causing some symptoms with digestion(gas etc.).

-Try to keep the meals separate, whenever possible. Fruits on its own, vegetables on its own, cooked foods on its own. Only fruit that is ok to mix with vegetables is an apple(Sugars on apple are different).

-It is much easier to stay 100% fruits compared to 80% fruits 20% cooked(more cravings all the time).

-Have some oil daily too. Extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil for example.
